What We Do With Microsoft 365
Tenant setup and cleanup
New Microsoft 365 tenant configured right, or an existing one audited and tidied: domains, licenses, admin roles, and settings.
Users and mailboxes
Create and remove users, shared mailboxes for info@ and sales@, distribution lists, aliases, and mailbox forwarding.
Outlook troubleshooting
Mail not syncing, calendar invites vanishing, "cannot connect to server", full mailboxes, and signatures that won't stick.
Teams setup
Teams and channels that match how your office actually works, meeting settings, and phone or headset headaches.
OneDrive and SharePoint
Shared company files in SharePoint, personal files in OneDrive, sensible permissions, and the "Known Folder" backup for every desktop.
Security and MFA
Multi-factor authentication for every account, admin role audit, phishing protection, and sign-in alerts. The basics that stop most break-ins.
Email migration
Move from Gmail, SaskTel, GoDaddy, or an old Exchange server to Microsoft 365 with mail, contacts, and calendars intact.
Onboarding and offboarding
A checklist for every new hire and every departure: account, licenses, groups, device, shared mailboxes, and access removal.
License right-sizing
Most small offices pay for Business Standard when half the staff only need Basic. We check and fix that once a year.
Five-Minute Microsoft 365 Security Check
If you answer "no" or "not sure" to any of these, book a call. These are the gaps that lead to a hacked mailbox and a fake invoice sent to your customers.
- ☐ Every account, including the boss, has multi-factor authentication turned on.
- ☐ You know exactly who has Global Admin, and it's not someone who left.
- ☐ Departing staff lose access the day they leave.
- ☐ Company files live in SharePoint or OneDrive, not on one person's laptop.
- ☐ Nobody has a forwarding rule sending mail to an outside address.
- ☐ You've checked which licenses you pay for versus which ones people use.

Do you sell Microsoft 365 licenses?
You buy licenses directly from Microsoft or keep your existing ones. We set up, secure, and manage the tenant, and we help you pick the cheapest plan that actually covers what your staff use. No markup on licenses.
Can you move us from Gmail, SaskTel, or an old Exchange server to Microsoft 365?
Yes. Email migration is a fixed-price project quoted after a short look at your current setup. Mail, contacts, and calendars come over, and your domain keeps working throughout.
How much does Microsoft 365 support cost?
Ongoing administration is included in the $199 per month Business Care plan. One-off jobs, such as setting up MFA for the whole office or adding a shared mailbox, are billed at $29 per 30 minutes remotely.
Someone who left still has admin access. Can you fix that?
This is the most common thing we find. We audit who has admin rights, remove old accounts, set up a proper break-glass admin account, and turn on multi-factor authentication for everyone.
Do you support Google Workspace too?
Yes. Most of what is on this page applies to Google Workspace as well: user setup, security, shared drives, and offboarding.
