TechYXE is a home-based computer shop at 1346B Pringle Manor, Saskatoon, SK S7T 0S5. We fix laptops, desktops, and phones for people in Saskatoon, and we look after the computers, email, and websites of small local offices. When you call, you talk to the person who does the work.
Who we work with
Most of our work is for two groups. Home users bring in a slow laptop, a virus, a cracked screen, or a phone that's out of storage. Small businesses, usually offices with 2 to 25 staff, want someone dependable to handle Microsoft 365, backups, printers, and new-hire setup without paying for a large managed service provider.
Consumer repairs are priced low on purpose. A lot of our business customers first met us when they brought in a personal laptop.
How we work
- Diagnosis is free. We tell you what's wrong and what it costs before we start. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.
- Flat, published prices. Parts are charged at cost. Anything outside the quote is approved by you first.
- We say when it isn't worth it. If a repair costs more than the machine is worth, we'll tell you.
- Proof of ownership for locked devices. We don't bypass activation locks or passwords on devices you can't show are yours.
- 30-day workmanship warranty on repairs.
